The Dorset Health Trust
We are a Registered Charity which awards grants to charities and other organisations for the:-
- Relief of sickness
- Preservation of health
- Benefit of communities of North, South and West Dorset
Grant Funding for Health Centred Organisations
The Dorset Health Trust supports charities and other organisations working to improve health, wellbeing and care.
Funding may be considered for projects, services, equipment or initiatives that help relieve sickness, preserve health, or support better outcomes for local communities.
The Trust welcomes applications from eligible charities and other qualifying organisations working within the geographical area covered by the Trust.
The Areas Covered by the Trust
The Dorset Health Trust provides grant support for work that benefits communities across North, South and West Dorset.
The Trust’s geographical area includes the following postal districts:
- DT1 to DT11 inclusive
- BH19, BH20
- SP7, SP8
Applicants should clearly state where their organisation operates and explain how many people expected to benefit from the grant live within the Trust’s area. The map can be used as a guide when preparing an application.
